Life Coaching
What's your relationship with your mind?

Coaching Impact

"Usually, the future is a replica of the past. Superficial changes are possible, but real transformation is rare and depends upon whether you can become present enough to dissolve the past by accessing the power of the Now." Power of Now p. 60

Are you tired of reliving the past?

Are you ready to get to the root of your actions to discover how to take a different route?

Are you tired of letting your mind determine the quality of your life?

It's Closer Than You May Think

The good news is that you are closer to the life you want to live than you may think. While I can't guarantee how long it will take to get there, I can guarantee these:

  • You aren't alone

  • I'll offer you an unconditional coaching relationship whereby you will be provided the presence-filled space to unlock your answers within

  • You will be empowered to create the life you want to live

  • Big change doesn't require big change. Our lives can drastically change but adjusting **HOW** we are doing things.

3-Step Coaching Approach

"Stop and think about what you're capable of achieving. Up to now, your capacities have been constrained by constant inner struggles. Imagine what would happen if your awareness was free to focus only on the events actually taking place. You would have no noise going on inside. If you live like this, you could do anything." The Untethered Soul p. 154

While each coaching relationship is unique, we will generally float between this 3-step approach [it's important to note that this is a non-linear approach, meaning we won't necessarily go 1 -> 2 -> 3...]:

Why I'm qualified to help

"I love it when my job is deleted! Why would I want to be seen as wise or holy? What would I have to gain by that but that a story? Whatever realization I've had is for me; there's no way I can give it to you... I have nothing for you but the questions." 1000 Names for Joy p. 50

This is something I live every day and in as many moments as I can be aware of. My intention in life, at home, work, and in public, is to constantly raise my awareness and live a life of openness and compassion that can serve others.

Here are some daily habits I use to make this intention a reality:

  • Meditation

  • Reading

  • Journaling

  • Exercise

Additionally, I am a certified life coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School.

I would welcome the opportunity to work with you and learn from you if you think the time for change has come. Use the Calendly feature below to schedule some time to chat.

One last thing, this isn't like other coaching services you may have experienced before. There is no up-front payment and you decide what to pay based on the impact our time together has on your life. More importantly, the quality of our time together will not change based on how much payment, if any, you decide to provide.

Austin has been such a wonderful source of inspiration and reflection in my life. His uncommon ability to listen without casting judgement has allowed for some very honest and open discussions with him that I wasn’t able to have by myself. I’m constantly amazed with how he is able to reflect on his life and be thankful for each and every experience, as they have all made him who he is. I couldn’t be happier to have such a great man in my life who is always just a phone call away.
